Our unique program supports children in their growth to promote calm, happy, confident, healthy little minds and bodies. Our aim to inspire toddlers and preschoolers to believe in and connect to their brightness within, encouraging them to shine from the inside out through engaging and fun classes!

Our classes are age appropriate and are planned according to the needs of little minds and bodies.

Choose from our Wee Warriors (2 - 3yo) or Little Warriors (3- 5yo) where we infuse yoga movement, music, yoga dance, breathing exercises, imaginative play, relaxations and mindfulness to help CONNECT children with their mind and body.
