Most parents want to see their children do well in life and sport is no different. Yet many children don’t initially take to sports due to shyness, lack of coordination and many other reasons. This leads to less success and ultimately less enjoyment, making children leave sport too soon.
This was the motive for establishing the club in 2008. An opportunity to take away as many of the negative aspects of junior sport and give children an energetic program full of opportunities and possibilities.

Encourage your kids to participate in physical activities like preschool sports!
Kids are naturally active and energetic especially during their preschool years (2-6 years old). As a parent, you may want to make sure that your kid?s energy is dedicated to activities that will benefit them. According to National Association for Sport and Physical Education, preschoolers should have at least an hour each dedicated to structured and unstructured physical activities for kids and no more than an hour dedicated to sedentary activities, sleeping not included. . Enrol them to preschool classes that include preschool sports and preschool games in their lesson plans so that they would have a fun learning environment.
Encourage your kids to foster an appreciation for music. Get them to participate in preschool music classes!
Music education is essential in a kid’s early learning. They learn to speak and understand their native language through songs and nursery rhymes. Not everyone will grow up to be great singers, composers, or musicians, but every kid should be taught how to sing and to appreciate music in general.
