    My two daughters now aged 9 and 11 have been attending fitlife martial arts for around three years now, they absolutely love it, they have both developed into strong,confident young girls which I'm sure will benefit them throughout their entire life. Their Kung fu has given them confidence and has taught them focus and commitment which has shown in their schooling as well. They absolutely love the lion dancing we also do, another bonus. The family atmosphere is very genuine and I would recommend the centre to everyone Ben

    I have been training here for almost 5 years now, and right from the beginning, I was welcomed and felt like part of the large and diverse family. The Kung Fu at this school is taught with traditional concepts of respect and morality. The kids classes look fun and their is a great mix of young and old, male and female in the adult classes. Beginners are always warmly welcomed. Oh, and did I mention the art itself is amazing!

    My son started at Choi Kwang Do about 4 months ago. When he started he was nervous and didn't want to participate in the class. The staff acknowledged this and each lesson worked along side him to make him feel more comfortable and accepted . After a few weeks of persistence he now loves attending classes and is happy to participate in what is expected of him in class.

    Ryan's school is a great place to learn martial arts and just have fun. He modifies his teaching style to suit his students individual needs and limitations; while simultaneously pushing them to work harder and acheive more. I am 28 years old, working in security. As such I need to know a specific type of martial arts without striking or going to ground. Ryan has modified his technique while training me one on one, specifically to suit my profession. Due to this I have learnt more from Ryan than any other martial art school that I have attended.

    I have been to your building several times to complain about the reverberation bouncing off the concrete walls and surrounding buildings caused by your daily and nightly drumming practices. While you said you will "put on the drum covers" I do not understand why you continue to practice without them in a residential area. A little CONSIDERATION for the residents please! EVERYONE I have talked to in the area has complained about the constant banging, I think our next step is action to the council.

    I've been delighted at how Ben's flourished in class - it's good that he's doing well at the physical stuff, but I'm most pleased with the way he's learning to concentrate and practice. Sandra inspires a persistence in him that I've only seen him give to a couple of skills (mostly Lego!) :)

    I had been looking for martial arts for 4 year olds for ages but hadn't found any, then Kindy Karate popped up. I am so glad! My sons LOVE it. I wish they had the kindy karate on more days during the week already, but at least they will be opening more classes soon, as I'd like to be able to do make up lessons on a different day.
