Wu Xing Dao incorporates the traditional Chinese internal Kung Fu styles of:

Mian Quan: (Continuous Fist)
Taijiquan: (Grand Ultimate Fist)
Meihuaquan: (Plum Blossom Fist) and...
Baguazhang: (Eight Trigram Palm)

into one effective training system. Learn to; generate explosive internal power, develop instinctive reflexes, lightning speed and improved flexibility for effective self defence, health, and fitness, through this unique martial art.

Wu Xing Dao Kung Fu was founded by Master Instructor Marko Vesse in 1990. Master Vesse has been training and teaching internal kung fu for the past 25 years, and has passed on his knowledge to selected instructors to continue to grow and evolve the style.

Head Instructor of the Central Coast branch, Grant Mundy, has been training and teaching Wu Xing Dao for the last 15 years, and has opened this new school in Wyoming to continue to pass on the knowledge to the next generation of Wu Xing Dao students. He is a qualified Master Trainer (Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness/Personal Training), as well as a Gold Sash (Master Instructor) in Wu Xing Dao Kung Fu.
