    Blue Stage – 3 to 5 year-olds Maximum of 4 students per coach: Blue Stage lessons are filled with fun, fast-paced games that get students to throw, catch, hit, balance and move. These activities assist students to develop fundamental gross-motor skills, as they mimic forehands, backhands, volleys and serves using modified equipments. Red Stage – 5 to 8 year-olds Maximum of 4-6 students per coach: Red Stage progress students to be able to play Hot Shots tennis matches, at a red ball level, on small courts using low-compression balls. The lessons incorporate activities that develop students’ technique, tactical understanding and matchplay. These activities assist students to develop fundamental gross-motor skills, as they hit forehands, backhands, volleys and serves. Orange Stage – 8 to 10 year-olds Maximum of 4 students per court: Intermediate classes progress students to play competitive tennis matches at a Orange ball level.
