Meet our wonderful teachers and fellow Club members and find out what PHYSIE is all about. Enjoy our age appropriate exercise dance classes that are choreographed using elements of Jazz, Ballet, Aerobics, Hip Hop and Yoga.
PHYSIE teaches you about good posture, helps increase your flexibility, encourages your musical awareness, helps with your overall fitness, builds confidence and forms great lifelong friendships...
But most of all PHYSIE IS FUN!!!
Our dance classes cater to Girls and Ladies of all ages.
Starting at 2 Years, our Tiny Dancers, twist and twirl to a fun, upbeat soundtrack, with lots of wiggles and giggles in a fun 1/2 hour lesson, that teaches the basics of PHYSIE.
Our Junior Members range from girls, 5 - 12 Years of age. These syllabuses use modern original pop songs that make dancing fun and enjoyable in an hour long lesson. With syllabuses a little more extensive in difficulty to our TINY DANCERS, the 5 -12 YEARS Syllabuses, use the basics of PHYSIE learned in the TINY DANCERS class, but adds a different dimension to dance, by increasing the difficulty of each age level's choreography. Our JUNIORS are broken up into specific age groups: 5-6 Years, 7-8 Years (joint class) and our 9-10 Years and 11-12 Years (joint class). Each age group having a more difficult level of ability.
Our SENIORS are aged from 13 -16 Years of age. This age group is the more difficult age group, being designed as a fast paced and more technical dance. The age groups are broken up in to 13-14 Years, 15-1st Year Seniors (16Yrs). Each age group having a more difficult level of ability.
Our LADIES are the oldest age group in PHYSIE. Starting at 17 Years, through to ladies in their 70's+, we have various levels: Beginner, Novice, Intermediate and Open Ladies. Our ladies syllabus is done to popular music and is a choreographed at a slower pace than our SENIORS, but covers all the basics of PHYSIE.
