    BOOST MY CHILDRENS CONFIDENCE

    09-02-2015 by Kylie Harper

I enrolled my 3 girls aged 6,7 and 12 at Gosford City Physie and couldn't be happy. They have now been doing physie for 2 years and i have seen their confidence and dancing ability skyrocket! Their teachers have brought out the best in all of them and they have made long life friends. I would highly recommend physie for all girls and ladies to participate in at this great club!!

Perfect daughter for me and my daughter!

    03-04-2014 by Paige

From a young age i had my daughter in ballet and jazz but found her lacking interest and not having fun. I took her to physie and saw her confidence and interest skyrocket. She enjoyed all the different types of dance in the one class , and i even ended up joining the ladies class myself which i enjoy so much as well! Highly recommended with fantastic and supportive teachers!

    Make friends for life

    12-02-2014 by Molly

Physi is such a great sport. It is an excellent substitute for dance as it incorporates elements of palates, ballet, jazz while teaching girls posture, confidence, strength, teamwork and its great for exercise. Iv been doing physi for 13 yeras and have been at Coal Point Physi for the last 5 years. The club has been so welcoming and helpful, I have definitely met lovely girls who will remain friends for life. I couldnt ask for a nicer club.

A fantastic sport for girls and women of all ages

    12-02-2014 by Jo Schaffer

Physical Culture (physi) is an excellent sport that girls and women of all ages can enjoy. It can be a sport that mums can enjoy with their daughters. I have been a physi girl since I was 3 and my 6yr old is now a physi girl too. Even my mother-in-law comes along to physi when her body allows it - just for the social aspect. My 3yr old is looking forward to starting in 2014 too - a family affair! Mrs Frame is a wonderful and strong teacher with over 40years experience in teaching physical culture. I thoroughly recommend physi in general, and in particular Coal Point Club, to anyone interested in dance/pilates style fitness.

    Club success

    12-02-2014 by Jo Schaffer

I have attended Coal Point Physical Culture Club for just over 10 years and have made some great friends along the way as well as keeping fit. My 6yr old daughter also enjoys physi at Coal Point. She received 2nd place in the 5yr section at state grand finals last year and I was placed 5th in my section. Mrs Frame is a very experienced teacher having begun her teaching career over 40 years ago. Thoroughly recommend physi to all girls and women, it's a great sport and one that mums can enjoy with their daughters.

    Great for Girls and Women

    12-02-2014 by

Both my daughter and I have loved been part of this club for quite a few years. I have really noticed how it has helped her confidence and fitness, as well as her posture. It great for ladies too. The social side is great: the other women are very friendly. Also great for core strength, flexibility and fitness, and it is something that can be done into your 70s.
