Best child care

12-02-2014

5 stars. There has been a new director in place since march/April 2013 and the centre is great. It is clean and well maintained both my children love it there and there is a strong sense of community. They are extremely flexible and the level of personal attention for the kids is great. We tried another centre closer to home but have returned to this centre as it s the best we have seen. We even drive 30mins extra out of our way each day to go there! It is great

WORST CHILD CARE CENTRE

06-02-2013

My child was enrolled in Headstart early learning centre Bella Vista for 6 months before i pullled her out. The centre is always dirty and never looks clean, Kids are always sick which makes me believe that the toys are never washed. The director is never there to approach. The staff turn around is the highest i have ever seen, there seems to be new staff every week, it got to the point where i didnt know who was looking after my child, you can tell the staff are not happy there which makes me believe also that there is something wrong with the management there as the staff marale is so low, may have something to do with them never having a director there.I would highly recommend you NOT send your children to this centre.
