The Australian Air league is a uniformed national youth group for boys and girls aged 8 years and older who have an interest in aviation as a career or as a hobby.
Formed in 1934 to promote an interest in aviation and develop good citizenship in the youth of Australia the organisation is still going strong. Cadets take part in a wide range of activities such as camping, hiking, sport and physical recreation, building and flying model aircraft and drill.

The Australian air league is entirely self funded and is staffed by volunteers who give of their time to help cadets achieve their goals.
