Description

Body and Balance Fitness and Wellness is a long established total MindBody Balanced Fusion of unique classes, courses, workshops, retreats and presentations. Jill Healy-Quintard Owner Operator is highly awarded in the Fitness Industry as well as in the area of Wellbeing. Jill has advocated for 30 plus years for health, fitness and wellbeing to work as one.
She is currently 2022 National Pilates Professional and 2022 National Yoga Business with AUSactive.
Jill runs Live Streaming plus Face to Face classes and One on One private consultations and as a trained mindfulness coach she uses many techniques to 'bring out the best' for all her clients and class participants.
YogaPilates Fusion: A Mind Body and Balanced Practice is her published book and now to be a course after reaching #1 Amazon Kindle list in 2021.
Jill's frequently used mantras are "Shape Your Body, Shape Your Mind" and "Movement is Medicine"
After travelling VanLife throughout Australia since August 2022, Jill has returned to her Manly Vale Studio and is running classes again on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
