Bai Rui Taekwon-Do teaches discipline, self defence, self control and so much more. Train in a safe and supportive environment with highly-trained instructors who are passionate about taekwon-do and care for the individual needs of every student. Meet new friends and learn many self-defence techniques that will work for you, all while getting fit and learning an activity which is taught world-wide.

Bai Rui is one of the largest taekwon-do schools in Australia, and we teach ITF-style taekwon-do as taught by General Choi Hong Hi. You can go anywhere in the world, and find people learning the same style of taekwon-do with the same techniques and patterns that you will learn with us. Students learn at their own pace, from the basic beginner, to the elite, super-fit athletes, classes are designed so that everyone can continue to achieve and grow their own abilities.

Always wanted to try a martial art? Don't wait until you get fit to give it a go - come along and join to get fit and develop your skills. Now is your chance, the first 2 lessons are free - with great discounts for families on regular training fees.

Training Times: Monday & Wednesday 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Taekindy: Monday's 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Ages 3 - 6 years old

    Incredible family friendly classes and wonderful instructors
    My daughters and I have been students at Bai Rui North Lakes for almost 5 years now. We absolutely love the physical fitness and skills we learn and it is a real family environment where everyone is welcomed. The instructors are incredible. We have learned so much.
