PHYSIE builds confidence and poise but that’s not all… PHYSIE also develops good posture, strength, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance through a regular program of exercise and dance. Our choreography is age-appropriately designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm and musical interpretation.
