Our Practice Makes Perfect exams allows you a chance to sit an original model HSC EXAM under supervised conditions (2 to 3 hours). Then have your exam RESULT marked and returned with written feedback (1/2 hour) . Use the opportunity via a CONSULTation to go through your results with an experienced tutor in a private one-on-one session (1 hour). Over 3 hours of real exam preparation time under real test conditions - great experience and value for any HSC student. Once your student is prepared, have them attend on your nominated day at 1pm during the upcoming school holidays - it is easy as that!

AcroPals is proud to be offering our biggest and Best School Holiday Acro Workshops with a Full Week of Acro Fun this School Holidays! Lunch Provided All Days with After Care Available Monday 30th September & Tuesday 1st October: Acro Aerials, Back Handsprings, Back Tucks, and Layouts! These workshops are perfect for the most Advanced Acrobats and also cater to beginner and younger Acrobats. The kids will be split into two groups depending on their Acro Ability. The Seniors will be working for 6 full hours with Ilyan Keay and learning the best drills to help them fundamentally understand and master/ clean up their aerials, back handsprings and back tucks + They will be working completely separately to the juniors and be given spotting and one on one attention to help them progress quickly! The Juniors will be working with their own teachers and be developing their basic technique and developing the pre-requisites to master their aerials and handsprings one day while also breaking up the day with a big-screen movie to give them the best Acro day Ever! Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd, and Friday 4th October Acro Balance and Tumbling + Slime, Origami and Big Screen Movie These days cover everything, from air track tumbling training catered to each child's ability from absolute beginners to very advanced acrobats, acrobalance in pairs and groups, acro fun and games, well-supervised free play and a different special surprise on each day; Slime, origami, movies, something to keep the day the BEST fun for our younger ones while seniors are encouraged to make the most of extra Acro Time!

MONDAY 30TH SEPT AND TUESDAY 1ST OCT AERIALS AND BACK TUMBLING 9AM-3PM: This Day is a full day of Aerials and Back Handsprings/ Back Tucks + Advanced/Senior Acrobats will be coached separately and be given 6 full hours of dedicated attention with Ilyan Keay. Learning the underlying technique needed to perform these skills with optimum form, doing drills and learning spotting techniques and group tricks that will simulate the skills and help you to not only learn the skills but also clean up and work on harder variations. We will use tumbling belts, video and frame by frame technique corrections to help the kids make serious progress. Junior and developing Acrobats will be given one on one coaching to develop and strengthen the pre-requisites for their side aerial and front and back handspring. We hope to strengthen and master those front and back walkovers and learn drills that the kids can take home to get them ready for their aerials and handsprings. We will work on flexibility and strength and break up the day with a movie to keep the younger kids productive and give them the best day of Acro ever!

Join us on in our rainforest garden as we gather to celebrate the season of Winter and explore all that the earth has to offer. For children 0-6 accompanied by an adult. Our weekly Little Explorers Nature Playgroup program which focuses on sensory nature play, nature themed art and craft activities, storytelling, songs, games, unstructured play and plenty of opportunities to build gross motor skills through climbing, balancing and movement. There is a different theme each week and a gentle rhythm guides our day. We aim to keep our sessions child-led, interest-based, experiential and in tune with the rhythms of the season. Simply put, there is no right or wrong way here and the learning is all in the process! We allow children the time, space and freedom to learn, explore and experiment at their own pace. Some of the activities include mud play, nature art and crafts, earth painting, nature stamping, creating with clay, gardening, sewing, baking, water and ice play, hammering and exploring in nature. Our playgroups allow parents to disconnect from their busy lives and re-connect with their child in nature - this is a wonderful time for you to sit back and enjoy watching your child play, while connecting to a community of like-minded parents who are supportive and welcoming. WHAT TO BRING This is an all weather outdoor playgroup so make sure you bring appropriate weather protection and clothing. While we are lucky to have a sheltered area available, we ask you to bring along wet weather gear - raincoats, gum boots, rain pants - a change of clothes (your child will get dirty!) a and a brimmed hat on sunny days. Playgroup will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather. ​Please also bring with you water and a piece of fruit to share. Every Monday during school term, 9:30 - 11:30 am.

Go4Fun is a FREE healthy lifestyle program run by NSW Health for children aged 7-13 years. Go4Fun helps families become fitter, healthier and happier by educating on healthy eating habits and making physical activity fun!
