In this Workshop, you will be given the tips and tricks to clean up your technique and push your aerials to the next level. I will be teaching you the drills that get you those skills that you NEED to be the Best Dancer and Best Acrobat you can be. Equipment: We will be using a variety of Air Tracks, mats, and boxes best suited for Aerial work as well as a few fun pieces of equipment! Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced Acrobats. (We will be splitting you into groups based on your level.) Below is a guide to the basic requirements for each skill: For Baranis: 1 arm Cartwheel and Roundoff. For Front Aerials: Front Walkovers. For Back Handsprings: Back Limbers (Both legs kicking over at the same time.) For Back Layouts: Back Limbers/ back handspring step out. What to Wear: Comfortable Activewear, Leggings, Leotards, Shorts, Tees, try to keep the clothing fitted and not loose and make sure all long hair is tied back securely. No Metal hairpins, jewelry, watches or accessories. We use Airtracks which are susceptible to piercing. What to Bring: A Water bottle and a couple of snacks. Numbers: Strictly capped at 20 places! The full day will be broken down into various sessions: Warm Up and Stretching Basic Tumbling Basic Partner Balancing Craft Time and Glitter Slime! ⛹️‍♂️ Introducing - BASKETBALL COMPEITITONS! ⛹️‍♀️ New to Little Boomers Basketball that will be starting in 2019 are basketball competitions! Due to popular requests from our customers, we have decided to structure a 5v5 (ages 9-12). Games are designed to not just improve your child’s basketball game skills, but also their social skills as they are playing in a team environment with children of similar age. Games will be officiated and also coached, to ensure your child receives the best feedback to improve their game. Bookings are open and ready to go, so be quick as spots will fill quickly due to popular demand!
