Little Souls has been designed to equip children with the essential tools for managing life’s inevitable stressors. By introducing healthy coping mechanisms through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we aim to establish positive patterns that will significantly impact how the child responds to the world. Our 8-week program is delivered in a fun, explorative and compassionate environment that encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build greater resilience. By integrating yoga and mindfulness practice's early in a child’s development, as a parent, you’re making a conscious choice to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your child. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved capacity for handling stress, greater emotional regulation and intelligence and improved physical well-being. Kids love laser tag battles in our inflatable maze arena, it's a great way to celebrate your kids next birthday, especially if they love video games. Non-contact and all laser, our party hosts will be making sure your kids have the best time while staying safe. Party Food included are party pies, sausage rolls, chicken nuggets & chips as well as fruit. Free Access to inflatable world and one sport option can be added at no extra costs. Free trial for new enrollments only! Kids soccer and kids cricket are trained on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm each week during school terms. At our large indoor sports centre, both cooling and heating systems are available, your children's trainings won't get interrupted by rains or heat! Suitable ages: 5-11 YO

Our school holiday programs are approved by department of education, designed to help kids stay active, include sports options of soccer, cricket, AFL, netball, ultimate frisbee, tennis, dodgeball and more. Space jump inflatables are also open to school holiday kids, laser tag and bumper cars... When kids get tired, they can take a break with some creative art & craft and board games. Drop off 8:30am and pick up 4:30pm for $85/day. With childcare subsidy, most familes need to pay $8.5-$25/day. Spots are limited. Please sign up now!
