our youngest dancers love to move and groove and that’s just what we have planned for their weekly classes! Our innovative choreography is designed for maximum variety - incorporating many dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobics and even yoga. Our 4-12yrs not only develop physical strength but also mental strength - perfect for growing minds and bodies! For $20 new members can trial 4 classes over a 2 week period. This is great for our youngest members who can sometimes be a little shy or nervous in new environments and helps them ease in over a longer period of time. This offer is available to all new members at anytime of the year.

BENTLEIGH CUBAN SALSA & BACHATA CLASSES * Re-opens on Thursday 19th January, 2023 at: BENTLEIGH UNITING CHURCH HALL 495 Centre Road, Bentleigh * Entry is via the front entrance of the church – We are in the back room on the right LEARN TO DANCE SALSA! Looking to try something different…..or have you always wanted to try salsa, or wish to get back into dancing? INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS CLASS EVERY THURSDAY @ 6.30PM * The Beginner Class has been extended with a new additional 30 minutes Introduction to Salsa Basics session specifically for new beginners with * Easy to follow, step by step breakdown of the main basics We have found this has given new beginners a much better dance experience & grasp of the basic steps. – No Partner required – No dance experience necessary 2023 BENTLEIGH PROGRAM: BEGINNER CUBAN SALSA (1.5 hrs in total) 6.30pm – 7.00pm INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS – LEARN THE SALSA BASICS FIRST All new Beginners & absolute Beginners must do this Introduction to Basics first. Easy to follow, step by step breakdown of the main Salsa Basic steps. 7.00pm – 8.00pm CUBAN SALSA BEGINNER (Main Class) - Ideal for Beginner students of any level A fun class designed to stretch & elevate your dancing! * All Beginners are expected to know their basics at this stage 8.10pm – 8.55pm BACHATA Traditional Bachata Style (Absolute Beginner to Improver Level) – No partner or experience necessary 9.00pm – 10.00pm CUBAN SALSA Intermediate (Cuban Salsa/Rueda) Ideal for students who are confident with Beginner level steps & turns. BRUNSWICK FREE SALSA CLASS & CUBAN SALSA CLASSES * CLASSES RE-OPEN ON WED 18th JANUARY 2023 At: BRUNSWICK UNITING CHURCH HALL 214 Sydney Rd, Brunswick * Hall entrance is on Merri Street, Take the path left of the church, Go through the metal fence gate - Hall is directly ahead EVERY WEDNESDAY LEARN SALSA for FREE! 6.30PM INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS If you have always wanted to try salsa or wish to try something different then join us & give it a go! AFTER THE INTRODUCTION TO BASICS SESSION? If you enjoyed the free session & wish to take your dancing to the next level, the Intro basics session is followed by the main Cuban Salsa Beginner class (Level 1 to improver level). WEDNESDAY PROGRAM: * 6.30PM - INTRODUCTION TO SALSA BASICS - Easy to follow, step by step breakdown of the main basics ** 7.00PM - 8.00PM BEGINNER CUBAN SALSA (Main class) Cuban Salsa (Beginner to Improver Level) - ALL students at this part of the Beginner class are expected to know their basic steps - ALL new absolute beginners MUST do the Free 6.30pm class first before joining this part of the main Beginner class. Total Beginners: 1 hour & 30 Minutes - SHORT SOCIAL BREAK - ** 8.30PM - 9.30PM INTERMEDIATE CUBAN SALSA (Cuban Salsa/Rueda De Casino) * Advanced Beginners who are confident with their steps & turns can do this class CLASS COST: * $20 per class or $30 for all classes on the night - We accept cash & credit card payments * Please note: There is a 1.9% surcharge on credit card payments CLOTHING & SHOES: Comfortable casual clothing. Best shoes are low or flat smooth sole shoes like leather sole shoes. MEDICAL: Anyone with breathing problems, heart conditions, knee, back or shoulder injuries & who are taking prescribed medication, please consult with your doctor first before joining any classes.
