Swim 1 Swim School is a purpose built heated indoor Swim School which caters for all ages from infants through to adults. We provide Learn to Swim Lessons, Stroke Development, Aqua Aerobics and Therapy. We also have squad level classes. Our small class sizes ensures we provide quality lessons for all of our families.
Swim 1 was the first Swim Australia Accredited Swim School on the Sunshine Coast and the second in Queensland.
Our lessons are based on best industry practice and our Motto: Safety Skills Fun.
Children love coming to lessons and are able to swim year round in our heated indoor pool.
The benefits of Swim Lessons are numerous. They provide children with skills which assist them to be safer around water as well as the great developmental benefits. Swimming stimulates motor development and this stimulation increases a child's cognitive or learning potential.
Children of all ages participate in event weeks which may include Treasure Island, Princess and Pirate, Swim Safer, Olympic Relay.
All swimmers receive achievement awards detailing a swimming milestone that they have achieved.
