The Society was founded in 1880 to promote fine Australian Art and continues today with exhibitions in the Lavender Bay Gallery rooms.
The RAS Art School has day, evening and week-end classes in drawing and painting.
Social and Exhibiting Membership available. Art Chats and crique nights held during the year.
Art Ballot held in July/August each year.

    Wonderful Art Classes but not for Kids
    This is one of the oldest and leading art schools and societies in Sydney. However, they do not accept children. Big kids only!
