Join us for a friendly and relaxed 6 week hula hoop course for fun, fitness or even performance! It doesn't matter which level you're at, with 13 years of experience we can offer skills/moves to suit you. Even if you've never tried hooping before, come along and meet other lovely hoopers and learn how to find your flow in the hoop!
We'll start each class with a warm-up and some basics that every hooper needs to practice to stay hoop-fit, then we'll learn tricks both on the body and off. And of course, we'll practice joining your moves together so you can eventually flow flawlessly in the hoop!
Absolute beginners welcome
Modifications to suit each level from absolute beginner to intermediate
