Hap Ki Do is a diverse Korean Martial Art which many benefits include fitness training, increased flexibility, practical self defence, weapon training and sparring. It incorporates punching, kicking, joint locking and throwing techniques. It develops confidence and discipline with continued practice and can becomes a way of life. The Australian Hapkido Association has many affiliated clubs throughout Australia and students become a member of an association with a rigorous syllabus and high standards. It is a progressive not-for profit organisation led by Master Brown a 7th degree black belt with over 30 years experience in Hapkido. It has an on going program to provide quality instruction from Hapkido masters around the world. As a member Students will be part of an association and “family” of hapkidoists that have maintained their integrity throughout the years and have the best interests of Australian hapkido at heart.
