5 and older: Gymnastics,Tumbling and FreeG Parkour
Adult Gymnastics

FreeG is a new exciting program including, freestyle gymnastics, tricking and parkour.

Tumbling gets your child flipping and twisting. We commit to a safe pathways from forward rolls to front saults.

Gymnastics is a sport which improves coordination, flexibility and strength in children. Thought learning new skills and working through difficulties with their coaches alongside others children also gain self confidence and learn to work as a team.

Our facility hosts activities for all ages and abilities.

PCYC Queensland is a leading charity providing youth and community programs, services and facilities.
Our signature sports include gymnastics, tumbling, FreeG parkour, under 5s programs and martial arts, and we offer programs for youth, gym and fitness, and more for everyone.

    Most fun gymnastics
    My daughter loves the gymnastics at PCYC Deception Bay. The coaches make every session fun and have a great eye for detail, helping every child through their skills.
