She has been teaching in Melbourne for the past 7 years and is the President of the Bharathanatya Acharya (Dance Teachers) Association of VIC (BAAVA), which runs annual dance exams in Victoria. Christina is a Community Leader of the Melton city council and a board member of the Intercultural advisory committee, Melton.
