Our an all-in-one class of dancing, gymnastics, simplified ballet, apparatus and performance. We have a purpose-built studio and run classes for ages 3 right through to adults.
As a family orientated club we offer an open door policy which allows parents to stay and watch their children during class if they want. Our philosophy is built on fun, fitness and friendships. Calisthenics is more than just a dance class, it builds social skills, develops motor skills and balance, improves self confidence all while learning something new.
