M.O.D Squad, which is an abbreviation for “More On Development” was formed by Christine May a certified and friendly swimming coach with over 25 years experience offering various swimming courses to all students from different levels and ages. I am based in Sydney and offer professional swimming lessons at FITNESS FIRST ROCKDALE, and a home ,salt based indoor heated pool at Matraville, giving you or your kids the “Skills for Life” so that you or they can swim with greater confidence.

I offer a range of swimming lessons which cater to all levels and age groups. Myswimming lessons include:

– Squad Swimming Training

– Mobility – Independence – Balance Lessons

    Great results
    My son was scared of the water when we started and is now swimming by himself and loves going underwater! Christine gives them plenty of independent swimming practise with a floatie to get their confidence up so that by the time they remove their floatie they are already happy to be away from the side of the pool. Highly recommended teacher.
