Based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Martial Arts Academy has been offering world class training in Martial Arts and Fitness for over 20 years. The very first academy of it's kind in Melbourne, offering classes in multiple Martial Arts under the one roof, the Academy continues to offer comprehensive training in Kyokushin Karate, Boxing, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) , Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Kids Karate. The Academy also offers students regular opportunities to compete at state, national, and international levels.

In addition to Martial Arts, the Academy has a generous timetable of fitness classes including strength circuit, kettlebells, yoga, and BAG ATTACK - our brand new Cardio-Kickboxing program.

Shihan George Kolovos is the head instructor of Melbourne Fight Club, has earned the rank of 6th Dan (6th Degree Black Belt) in Kyokushin Karate, and has over 40 years experience in teaching Martial Arts.
