Established in 1997, KOCAS visual art education (previously Kitty O’Kane Contemporary Art Space) has been successfully conducting quality term art classes for primary and secondary school students. In addition to regular term art classes it places a focus on high school art education programmes. This has made our art education programme a holistic one. Our term classes include:

VCE art tuition for years 9-10, and years 11 & 12 students (Folio Preparation)

Years 7-8 classes (studio practice)

Prep - Year 6 ( art nurtures)

KOCAS visual arts education retains its teaching philosophy of nurturing our students’ creative spirits and their passion for learning about the Visual Arts. Through exposure to a rich variety of media and approaches to art and our individualized tuition programme, we aim to develop the creative, expressive and aesthetic potential of each of our talented young students to assist them to achieve their artistic ambitions.
