Our kids fun fitness classes are a great way to get your little ones out of the house and having some active fun!

Classes use a variety of activities, obstacles and games to help children improve their strength, coordination, confidence & general fitness levels.

Classes run at Wynnum & Carindale. We also run classes at Childcare centres, Kids Parties and children's personal training services.
