Joy Joe, the balloon artist, is passionate about different balloon animal designs. He always surprises his clients with all of balloon sculptures.

Joe has designed 32 popular balloon designs like Hello Kitty, Teddy Bear and Spider-man for kids to pickup. Once you have booked Joe, he will be your event and make balloon animals for the kids. Joe can make around 16 balloons per hour.

One hour is 130 au and sutiable for less than 12 kids.
One and half hour is 180 au and sutiable for less than 15 kids.
Two hours is 240 au and sutiable for less than 18 kids.
Travell fee applies.
