HoopsHustle will be holding various Camps over the summer. There are 4 levels of Camp offered this summer, all Camps will be mixed and are based on Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principals which encompass the Physical, Tactical, Mental, Emotional & Nutritional preparations required to improve. LTAD is an athlete centred approach to learning with the right skill being taught at the right time in a safe, fun environment.

The Basketball Intro- Fundamental Movement Camp 5-9 yrs is exactly that. Teaching kids the fundamentals of the game while having fun learning body control, gaining confidence & Physical Literacy

‘’Prep 2 Play’’ (9-12yrs) Camp is suitable for all levels where players learn the good habits of how to train and play while competing with peers and themselves

‘’Prep 2 Compete’’ (12-15yrs) Camp is suitable to all levels. Learn the habits of what good players do, improve your shooting, finishing, dealing with pressure & many other key elements to improve your play.

‘’The Keys’’ (15-18yrs) Suitable for more experienced players who want to improve their game. Learn the habits of good players, what will make you standout, how to take yours and the players around you, game to another level. A competitive camp designed to challenge players mentally and physically.
