Helensvale Little Athletics is all about developing children of all abilities by promoting positive attitudes, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle through fun, family-friendly athletics. With a strong focus on community involvement, we provide a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment where kids can learn and grow both on and off the track.

Little Athletics is a fun, social and active program for girls and boys aged 3 to 16. Each week, children take part in a variety of events that help develop fundamental skills such as running, jumping, and throwing. These skills not only support future participation in sport but also contribute to overall physical literacy.

Our centre is proudly based at the Upper Coomera State College sports oval on the northern Gold Coast. Whether children are chasing personal bests, making new friends, or just looking to stay active, theres a place for everyone at Helensvale Little Athletics.
