You can combine face painting, balloon twisting and glitter tattoos to ensure there is something there for everyone.Based in West Melbourne, she caters for both children & adults and offers a wide range of designs that she can modify according to the needs of your event. Fully insured for $20,000,000 public liability, Gypsy Janine also has a ‘working with children’ card.   
Using only professional, non toxic, water-based face paints that comply with Australian regulations, that are easily washed off with water and mild soap or unscented baby wipes. Safety and hygiene are never forgotten; I change sponges for each child and add organic sanitizer to my brush water. 
I charge by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. Because I  come in costume with my face painted it is not feasible for me to do shorter events. I paint between 10-20 faces an hour, depending on the detail and design chosen.
