In Gold Dragon Tai Chi Academy, we integrate modern knowledge into traditional training.
Our unique methodology incorporates scientific and mathematic principles and includes all aspects in health, aesthetic meditation and self defence with logical and scientific approach which employs principles of physics and body dynamics.

In this workshop you will learn how to master the amazing Power of Qi (Life Force) within yourselves and acquire the knowledge of traditional Chinese ways developed to maintain health, prevent disease and prolong life.

Course Presenters: Master Cecilia and Francis

Master Cecilia and Francis research and practice Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years and, as wellness educator and trainer, Master Cecilia is a renowned Qigong master and applying Qigong techniques to help a lot of people to gain their health back.

Master Cecilia and Francis are Nationally Accredited Tai Chi Coaches, National Tai Chi Champions and expert instructors in the original, timeless techniques of Qigong and Tai Chi.

All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the Qigong Workshop.

A 35-page Course Workbook will be provided, with detailed descriptions of movements and meditation and more.........
