Traditional Martial Arts Academy

Welcome to Forest Martial Arts. We are a traditional martial arts academy offering professional Taekwondo and self defence classes for males and females aged 4 years and up. We are based in Northern Sydney, Australia and have 20 classes per week between our two training locations in Forestville and Terrey Hills.
Our Mission

Forest Martial Arts’ mission is to provide a professional & safe environment for students to learn self discipline, respect and find strength of body and mind to achieve their personal bests. We aim to do this by safely instructing the facts, etiquette and technical skills of martial arts within a flexible, age appropriate structure that caters to individual ability.
Classes for Children & Adults

From the first moment in our academy, Forest Martial Arts students are taught to respect and listen to their instructors. As class participation progresses students are taken on a journey through the fundamental rituals, behaviors and ethics of martial arts practice. Through small courtesies that are compulsory at our academy, such as bowing, children learn important life skills like self discipline and respect which they can carry with them into their home, school and adult lives.
