Our club offers Recreational and Competitive Calisthenics classes to the East Gippsland area, based in Sale.

Calisthenics is a team sport where participants learn routines choreographed to music and present them at Concerts and Competitions. Routines include aspects of dance, gymnastics, ballet, singing and acting—Calisthenics: Something for Everyone!!
Calisthenics can be seen as both a sport and an art. As a sport it encourages physical development, coordination, self-discipline and team spirit. As an art it develops an appreciation of music and rhythm, the correct technique and the excitement of performing.

    Great variety!
    We just trialed Calisthenics this year and found it a great fit for our 6 year old! She loves the variety of each item and the Club has been very friendly and welcoming.
