    The rowing division at Champion Lakes Boating Club was formed in July 2008 and is the youngest rowing club in the state. It is unique in being the only club in the state with a primary presence at the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre - an international standard facility for rowing, kayaking and dragon boating. We have a small but enthusiastic membership base and welcome people of all ages and abilities to join our rowing family

    Come & Try Crew Rowing for Beginners

    Always wanted to try rowing? Every month the Y Rowing Club runs Come & Try sessions on the 1st Sunday of the month at 10am. These sessions are open to both male and female participants from teens to mature age adults. You don’t need to bring your own crew as there are always other beginners, like yourself, ready to make up a crew. No experience necessary. When: 10am -11.30am on the first Sunday of every month.
