Old School Kungfu Boxing and Fitness is a Martial Arts and fitness school focussing on Wing Chun Kungfu, boxing and fitness for all ages and abilities. Classes include Kids Boxing, Martial Fitness (kids and adults), Family Wing Chun Kungfu, Adults Wing Chun Kungfu, Qi Gong for Health, Traditional Pole Training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ground Work. Training days are Monday and Wednesday afternoon/evening and Saturday mornings. Costs are very reasonable - casual memberships are available.

Nolan has studied Wing Chun Kungfu for over a decade and is a firm believer in the art as a means not only of self defence, but also personal growth and improvement of health. He learned boxing from a young age and has competed several times in Mixed Martial Arts and Judo competitions. He is passionate about fitness and loves sharing this passion with his students.
