The Derwent Pony Club was first established in 1995 and is based at Kensington Park in New Norfolk with rallies on the third Sunday of every month. Our members are from all over southern Tasmania and vary in age and riding ability. We are a very close knit group with riders, parents and friend always willing to lend a hand.

My children have been attending the Mount Nelson class for approx 1 year. They really enjoy the variety of martial arts skills that they are learning. They also learn about persistence and commitment to improving themselves physically and mentally. The instructors are extremely friendly and engaging.

I have been training with Zen Do Kai for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it, now my three kids are also hooked. The personal development I have experienced in both myself and my kids because of Zen Do Kai has been amazing. Training with my dad Sensei Garry has been a great honour. It has helped me with all aspects of my life, especially my confidence and fitness, I have enjoyed training Martial Arts and recommend it to anyone who wants to get fitter, get stronger, or just try something new.
