I was in Australia recently on holidays and had been told of Martin day Defense Courses. On a friend’s recommendation I decided to enroll in private lessons due to the course actually being closed for the Xmas break but Martin still gave me his time to learn basic defense skills knowing my interest and Martin’s enthusiasm to impart his knowledge to people. Martin also took into consideration my level of fitness and my age of 50+. I don’t move as I use to, no more a bull at a gate!! Given Iv no fighting or defense ability I found the training very controlled which enabled me to relax into the physical side of the training. Martin explained the processes and then the practical side developed along with the assistance of his team of trainers. In the short time I had to learn some practical defense abilities I must admit I enjoyed the short program and will endeavor to go back to do more when I’m next back in Australia. I learnt good practical defense moves in a limited time. A thoroughly enjoyable start to defense training, look forward to more training secessions to come and thanks to Martin and his team Kind Regards G. Davis
