How pleased I was with the help I received for myself with having difficulty walking with my ms. My cousins daughter n her friends had a real hoot and the male staff member playing with them, extended their enjoyment to the fullest of potentials that one could ever predict or expect from that horrendous start to the day. If only we remembered his name .

Flippin' terrible service

Went to a party at this shabby looking place. Whilst there is a good set of jumping activities the staff are unhelpful and the party deals are a rip off. Pay $28 to get 1 mini frankfurter a single chicken nugget and approx ten chips per party goer. Room was bare until we asked the surly attendant were the drinks and preparations were. They said that she was late so hadn't done it. Chewing gum loudly the entire time she set up cheap white plates and white serviettes. End of decoration. Water served out of a dirty looking esky and the help ends there. Pathetic. Absolute con.
