To train with Hanshi Gary and Renshi Leanne has been one of the most fulfilling and exhilarating segments of my life. I am 64 years old but have been involved in Martial Arts, on and off, for most of my life having trained with some of the best Sensei's in Australia, the immortal Tom Slaven for one. I began training in Munen Muso Martial Arts in 2006, eventually attaining Black Belt status, but unfortunately due to illness I had to cease full-on training approx. 2 years ago though I still assist where I can. I found, during the past few years, that Hanshi Gary Johnson is definitely the most knowledgable Martial Artist bar none when it comes to technique and self defence in ALL its forms, and Renshi Leanne Janvrin-Johnson is the epitome of kata and its content, she is world class. Don't just take my word for it, if you live on the NSW Central Coast and are seriously interested in being taught by the BEST then don't waste your time looking at other Academies/Schools as, I can honestly assure you, you will NOT be disappointed.
