    My daughter and I both love physie! The club is so friendly and my daughter is going from strength to strength with her confidence and dance skills! Maddison is wonderful with the girls and has helped my daughter and her friends so much! Could not recommend these classes more!

    My experience with Striders has been the most positive and rewarding from the moment I stepped into the Kallangur studio in October/November last year. I was greeted with a smile and I instantly felt at ease, I was in good hands! My personal trainer is encouraging, motivating and supportive, as are the whole Striders team, they have a genuine interest in seeing me reach my goals and potential, and for the first time since my teenage years I am well under 109kg and no longer asking if a clothing store has a big men's section.
