*Small group fitness classes for Seniors. Providing a fun, non-intimidating environment, with the aim being to get fitter and gain more energy (and meet some new people!).
-Exercises include those for strength, low impact cardiovascular, core, flexibility and balance - with modifications to suit you.
-Classes are held at Tomaree Community Centre and Library (Waratah Room) on Thursdays at 8am and 9am.
-Cost is $7 per class. No memberships, just come along on the day
