    Really a family orientated club with several parents and siblings training. Once one family member starts and the benefits are noticed, other family members can't help but join. Highly recommended!

    We've been waiting for a rugby league club for so long

    We stumbled across this rugby league club only last week when we drove past Don Jackson Reserve. We brought the kids over to try and they love it! Its a small and new club but there's definitely a family vibe about the club. we can't wait for the season to start to finally represent Pakenham.

    Teaching traditional Hapkido with an emphasis on Self Defence, Fitness and Personal Development. Training Children from 5 years old, with a focus on respect, courtesy and self discipline.
