Terrible place

14-02-2014

So far, my experience has been dreadful. Staff make no effort to provide feedback, kids seem bored and zombie like and I witnessed one of the carers roughly handling one of the children by jerking his arm and forcing him to sit on the floor. Generally a bad vibe and quite depressing. I'm looking for alternative care for my daughter. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. All the other SDN's have been great. This one is abysmal.
