Gymnastics Lessons

I went with my kid for first lesson of gymnastic, Instructors are very young in age, they might be good in gymnastics, but they not good to handle kids, I found all of them , they not encouraging kids to join them, of course on very first day Kids never leave mom or dad, you need to make them feel that they come with you and join in activities, lack of encouragement, also its not only me, I have found couple of other kids were also crying and they not even try to talk to them and offer something so that they can join, after all my efforts I made my son to join them, and also on first session which should be very well organized , for few minutes they organizing kids with whom who is going, they should have list of kids who joining with their age ready before class start, all youngsters they might not understand kids mentality how they should be treated. As I felt I have wasted my money, as in one hour up till 45 minutes no one was organized, they were discussing in class who is going with whom, and just 4 to 5 jumps here and there and classes over. So not organized, not professionals, no techniques , no learning method I have found. Just one boy in class whom I found very well organized and actually teaching something. First impression is always last impression , we may not waste money on such classes. My son is also going to swimming and just in 15 min I have decided that I want to put him in this class, so they were also new for me, first swimming lesson but still they have created a very good impression on me and my son. Not everybody same but at least everyone ask good organized classes for kids where they can learn something. Otherwise they regularly go in childcare and kindy they have enough playing overthere, so such classed should come up with some learning
