Girls' Brigade SA has 4 groups meeting across the metropolitan area that run a weekly program during school terms for girls aged 5 -18, with activities covering physical, social, educational and spiritual growth. Gallery One (MVAC) is an independent and not-for-profit initiative, one of the longest running organisations of its kind in Australia (founded in 1974) This organisation, located within the Mitcham Cultural Village, is promoting and showcasing art and crafts with a strong community and art teaching focus driven by energy, motivation, passion and countless hours of many dedicated volunteers.
