    Karate Kid on The Spectrum

Thank you kindly for your interest regarding our Karate Kid on the Spectrum program. Our students age 4 yrs and above with Autism, ADHD and other disabilities train in a safe environment with a qualified teacher with 35 years martial art experience. Sensei Melinda opened her Karate Kid on the Spectrum program 4 years ago. Her son, Adam has mild Autism, ADHD and he is vision impaired. Adam inspired Sensei Melinda to teach karate to children with autism and disabilities, after seeing great improvements in Adam's mobility, coordination, focus, behaviour and building his social skills. We offer one on one, private classes after school and during school hours. All students have their own individual program. Children have the opportunity to join group classes, participate in transition classes from private classes to group classes or building their knowledge during private classes and practicing them within a full syllabus group environment. Please kindly note our karate parents are also able to use funds from NDIS package. If you have a plan manager, please kindly contact your plan manager for advice. Our karate parents requested karate package for our students age 7 & above. Please call us to have your 30 minutes one on one free trial private class or try our  free trial group class. F
