    We took 10 kids from our youth group aged 10 to 13. They had a great time. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good value for money, profits go to a good cause. Highly recommended. Massive warehouse, so a tiny bit chilly, take a jumper.

    Upside Down Acrobatic and Circus School is based in the premier trampoline venue Gravity Zone in Seaford. Acrobatic and Circus a Classes are a fantastic way to develop strength, agility and confidence. During the classes students will learn tumbling (such as forward rolls, handstands and cartwheels) and acro balance. Upside Down is the perfect place for newcomers and those with a little more experience.

    Holly and her team are fantastic teachers who build kids self esteem while teaching them safe ways to do acrobatics tricks, as well as helping improve their coordination, strength and flexibility. A fantastic class for all skill levels, our 7 year old loves it and we are about to start our 3 year old in the programme too.

    My 4 yr old daughter has been going to acrobatics for the last couple of terms. She really enjoys it as Holly (her fantastic teacher) makes it fun and she engaging. I know that my daughter is getting a lot out of the classes and look forward her continuing as she gets older.

    Both of my kids go here and they love it!!! Holly is a great instructor for the kids to look up too. Doesn't cost as much as gymnastics but is just as challenging

    My child has just started at this dance school and within a few lessons she has already learnt so many skills. I’m excited to see her improve even more in term 2. Teachers are so great with kids and can tell they are trained with making sure the kids are always safe. Highly recommend this school for acrobatics and dance !
