BX1 Gym is a leading Martial Arts Academy in Sydney North Shore, Winner of 2017 North Shore Local Business Awards Outstanding Fitness Services.

Looking for a fun activity that can teach your child confidence, respect, discipline and camaraderie? Martial Arts is great way to introduce your kids to a sport with benefits that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. As an age-specific program, classes are divided into groups that meet each childs developmental, physical, social and emotional needs.

We also offer personal training to kids and adults, exciting MMA Holiday Camps outside of term-time and the most popular of all- our Karate Birthday Party where the cake is cut in a ritual with a real Samurai sword.
