Bayside Ladies Kickboxing offers fitness classes that combine kickboxing, martial arts and self defence.

The majority of the time we spend on the kick bags, pads, paddles and focus mitts. The flexibility gained through stretching will enable you to do all the fancy kicks as seen on the likes of “Angels” and “Alias” As the fitness improves (and it will) more involved drills and pad routines will be introduced....

This is an action packed session with plenty of cardio, stretching and stress release as you kick and punch to exhaustion.

We are located in the Bayside suburb of East Bentleigh not far from Bentleigh station and there is plenty of parking . East Bentleigh is central to most bayside and South Eastern suburbs and services of Moorabbin, Brighton, Bentleigh, Mentone, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Clayton, Ormond, Caulfield, Highett, Cheltenham and Sandrignham.
